One of the most important things that helps me to have balance in my day is to work out.
Plus self care I can't stress this point too much. It can make or break my day.
Every day I make sure I get out of bed and face the day. I get out of the conversation that's in my head, and do what's in front of me.
The importance of working out is that it produces natural endorphins in your brain to help you feel better. It gives you the leverage to do life, plus an elevated level of energy.
Do whatever workout that fits your lifestyle. Keep it simple. Do what makes sense, whether it's riding a bike, working out in a gymn, walking, yoga, swimming, tennis -- anything physical. It all relieves stress.
